Brief

Our packaging feeds into a wide range of industries – from B2B brands, to B2C organisations covering a broad spectrum of audiences. We recently delivered a bespoke litho printed box and header card solution to a wholesale supplier of fire safety equipment – with the business searching for a UK-based team to team up with on an ongoing basis having previously worked with an overseas partner.

We had already established a strong working relationship with the brand’s main point of contact from a previous role, and they got in touch with us to see if we could provide the desired solutions within their new role. The customer was running low on stock, which provided the team with the opportune moment to look at ways in which they could replenish stock with a UK-based supplier.

Solution

We began by collecting a sample of the customer’s current box in order to test the board grade and confirm its availability while at the same time, agreeing on the desired print specification.

As soon as these key components were confirmed, we supplied bespoke artwork, alongside a sample of the chosen board, to the customer for approval before producing a print run of 10,000 boxes, and 10,000 header cards. The customer was delighted with the end result, with the boxes and header cards immediately put to use to distribute fire safety equipment to customers across the UK.
